Global Wireless Data Launches Carrier Champion Program
Sub-dealers Now Have Full-time Advocate With The Wireless Carriers
Norcross, GA May 24, 2005 — Global Wireless Data announced the establishment of its Carrier Champion Program. This program assigns a Global Wireless Data employee as a full-time liaison representing the firm’s sub-dealers with each of the wireless carriers. Through this program Global Wireless Data will apply its extensive knowledge of the carriers’ programs and procedures to foster unparalleled sub-dealer support and to insure timely response to technical and business-related issues.
Denise Webb, who has been working in the wireless data field for over ten years, is the firm’s first Carrier Champion assigned to Cingular Wireless. There are plans to soon add Champions for other carriers including Sprint, Nextel and Verizon Wireless..
