The top layer of our sales staff - our strategic sales team consists of seasoned wireless industry veterans who apply their knowledge of products, vertical industry applications, carrier programs, and technology to help our dealers capture more business. Carlin Alford is the National Manager of Managed Wireless Services for Global Wireless Data. Carlin has over 6 years of experience in the telecom industry in both marketing and channel sales management roles. Mr. Alford has more than a dozen years marketing and telecom experience and has worked closely with virtually all the major wireless carriers and many industry-leading OEMs. Before joining GWD, Carlin was the Channel Accounts Manager for Asurion Managed Wireless where he was responsible for training, lead generation, marketing, and carrier support. His carrier accounts included Cingular Wireless and Sprint. Prior to Asurion, Carlin was the Channel Marketing and Accounts Manager for Dialogic Communications Corporation, where he was responsible for sales support and marketing for channel partners Microsoft, Avaya, HP, and Intel.
Carlin is responsible for constructing best-of-breed partnerships that provide value-added services to end customers, sub-dealers, and carriers.
Carlin holds a BS degree in Communication from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI.

Douglas (Doug) Erbig is a Strategic Account Manager of enterprise accounts for Global Wireless Data (GWD). Doug has over 18 years of combined technology sales experience. For the 5 years prior to joining GWD in June of 2000, he was a Sr. Account Manager at RAM Mobile Data (formerly known as BellSouth Wireless Data). Doug has also worked in a sales capacity for Concurrent Computer Corporation and Nettech/Broadbeam. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State College in 1983.

Jeff Hagadone is a Strategic Sales Manager for Global Wireless Data. Jeff has over nine years experience in the wireless and broadband industry selling to both residential and business customers. The five years prior to joining GWD he has been a Sales and Service Manager for Cingular Wireless responsible for business development at nine locations. Before that he sold broadband cable for Bellsouth Entertainment as a B2B representative. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
